No wonder the Bible said “If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?” (Psalm 11:3).
After new birth, it is therefore necessary to have a solid foundation established on the word of God. “Like newborn babies you should crave (thirst for, earnestly desire) the pure (unadulterated) spiritual milk, that by it you may be nurtured and grow unto [completed] salvation”(1 Pt. 2:2 – Amp).
