Marvelous Light from Jide Owomoyela’s Desk

Greetings to you in the Name of our LORD and welcome to another great week!
I am delighted to write you today all the way from Canaanland, in the continent of Africa. Our series this month is centred on learning how to benefit from the WORD of God and this week in Part  3 of the series, I will like us to take a look at “Praying the WORD of God.”

The Word of God shows us who we are in Christ and what we can obtain by redemption but we are transformed into what the Bible says we are and receive the promises written there for us by engaging the Word in prayers.

2 Corinthians 3:8    “But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even asby the Spirit of the Lord.” - KJV
The Word of God transforms when released in prayer. That is why a word-praying christian lives a life filled with the benefits of redemption. In Chapter 4 of the Book of the Acts of the Apostles, the apostles experienced a breakthrough through prayer. They gained victory over opposition and experienced a change of status because they prayed the WORD (vs 24-31).

I know that you are due for a change of level. I also know that you are due to receive certain promises God has ordained for you but you need to take responsibility in locating the Word of God that addresses your situation and engaged your discoveries in scriptures, on the altar of prayer for your benefit.

Begin to Pray the WORD today.

God BLESS you
